The hotel had a convenient location, perfect for exploring Tuscany with free parking and Wi-Fi. While the rooms were spacious and clean, I found them to be quite basic and lacked character. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful which made my stay pleasant. The dining options could benefit from more variety for different dietary needs, especially for vegetarians and diabetics. Overall, it was a decent stay, although there’s room for improvement in a few areas.
